Following today’s news that soaring numbers of people in their sixties, seventies and eighties are applying for parental orders for surrogate-born babies in the British courts, we are asking our followers to send a letter to their MPs raising awareness and calling for a ban on Britons travelling for surrogacy abroad.

The vast majority of children being born to surrogate mothers before being handed to elderly parents commissioning parents will be being born abroad in commercial arrangements which are not legal here. We believe this is a loophole in the law which must close. To help us, please take action and email your MP today.
